§ 93.26 DUTY TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN.

It shall be the duty of every owner of a lot or parcel of land situated within the corporate limits of the village to repair and maintain free of hazard that portion of the sidewalk along the public street, alley or

way adjacent to the owners lot or parcel.
