§ 53.18 SURCHARGE LEVIED ON NON-RESIDENT WATER CUSTOMERS.

Any water customer that is outside of the corporation limits of the village shall pay an additional surcharge of 15% on the water usage rates, capital charges, and monthly minimums specified in § 53.16(A), (B) and (C).
