§ 13.00.420 SEWER FUND.

All monies collected pursuant to this Article IV shall be deposited in the sewer fund, expenditures from which shall be made only for those purposes set forth in § 13.00.400 hereof or as refunds provided for in § 13.00.410 hereof.
