§ 31.08 LISTING OF EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY.

   As a part of the Executive Branch, there are created the following executive departments:

   (A)   Department of Aviation;

   (B)   Police Department;

   (C)   Fire Department;

   (D)   Department of Law;

   (E)   Street and Sanitation Department;

   (F)   Department of Parks and Recreation;

   (G)   Utilities Department consisting of Water and Sewage Departments;

   (H)   Department of Redevelopment; and

   (I)   Office of City Planning and Building Administrator.
