§ 31.07  SALARY OF THE MAYOR.
   The Common Council shall, by ordinance, fix the annual compensation of the Mayor. That ordinance must be published pursuant to I.C. 5-3-1. The Mayor's salary may not be changed in the year for which it is fixed, nor may it be reduced below the amount fixed for the previous year.
