§ 31.04  MAYOR PRO TEMPORE.
   There is established the position of Mayor Pro Tempore pursuant to I.C. 36-4-6-8. The Mayor Pro Tempore shall be appointed from the membership of the Common Council of the City of Brazil. He or she shall have all the powers of the Mayor in the absence of the Mayor.
