§ 31.01  CITY EXECUTIVE.
   The Mayor is the city executive and head of the Executive Branch. He or she shall faithfully perform the required duties and responsibilities as specified in I.C. 36-4-5-3 through 35-4-5-7 and other applicable statutes and ordinances.
