(A) It shall be unlawful and a violation of this subchapter for any person, group, organization, including school, fraternal or church organization, to cause, have, conduct or allow open burning within the corporate limits of the City of Brazil, Indiana in violation of § 90.41.
(B) It shall be unlawful and a violation of this chapter for any person, group, organization, including school, fraternal or church organization, to cause, have, conduct or allow an open burning recreational or ceremonial fire within the corporate limits of the City of Brazil, Indiana, in violation of § 90.42 above.
