(A) The open burning of household trash, garbage, refuse, outdoor waste, foliage, branches, leaves, plastic and building materials, waste materials and waste substances, tires, treated wood and materials containing asbestos, within the corporate limits of the City of Brazil, Indiana is hereby declared a public nuisance and is hereby prohibited.
(B) No fire intended or used as a recreational or ceremonial fire, as authorized in § 90.42 below shall be used for the purposes of disposing of any household trash, garbage, refuse, outdoor waste, foliage, branches, leaves, plastic and building materials, waste materials and waste substances, tires, treated wood or materials containing asbestos.
