(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which a penalty is not otherwise specifically provided shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense.
(b) Whoever violates Section 903.29 shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first offense, and not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for any subsequent offense.
