903.29 PLANTING CERTAIN TREES PROHIBITED IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AND ON PUBLIC LAND AND TREES NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PLANTING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (a)   In order to prevent damage to persons, property and other public improvements in the Village, and to prevent the further spread of invasive, harmful or destructive pests within the urban forest, no person shall transplant, set out or cause to be transplanted or set out, within the public right-of-way of the Village and Village owned areas, any tree of the specified species listed in the Undesirable Tree List/Prohibited Tree Species set forth below. It is also recommended that Bratenahl residents shall refer to, and share the list with their landscape contractors, as guidelines for planting on private property within the Village.
