The Commissioner of Buildings shall administer and enforce the provisions of the Land Planning and Zoning Code of the Village. When appointed by the Planning Commission, he may act as its secretary and, when authorized by it, perform such duties in connection with the business of the Commission as it may require. He shall also perform, when requested, such duties as the Board of Zoning Appeals may require. He shall attend all meetings of the Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals.
