§ 130.42 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.

Any person who shall knowingly conduct a fight, commit assault or battery, make unnecessary noise or otherwise conduct himself or herself in such a way as to breach the peace shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor.
