§ 130.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Unless otherwise specified in the particular section for which the person stands convicted of violating, the penalty for violating any provision of this chapter declaring such act to be a misdemeanor, infraction, nuisance or otherwise unlawful shall be fined in an amount not more than $100, plus the costs of the acts.

   (B)   Persons convicted of violating the provisions of § 130.09 of this chapter shall be punished by a monetary fine of not less than $35 and not more than $100.

   (C)   Any person who assaults another person, as per § 130.40 of this chapter, shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor.

   (D)   Any person who so operates or causes to be operated any such electrical apparatus that interferes habitually with radio and television reception, as per § 130.48 of this chapter, shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor.

   (E)   (1)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 130.60, 130.61 or 130.62 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in the sum of no less than $100 and no more than $500 for a first offense. Fines for second and subsequent offenses shall be no less than $200 and no more than $500 per offense.

      (2)   Any person who abandons an automobile, as defined § 130.60 of this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

      (3)   Any vehicle allowed to remain on property in violation of § 130.61 of this chapter shall constitute a nuisance and shall be abated and any person violating § 130.61 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
