§ 97.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of § 97.04 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (B)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 97.02, 97.03, 97.05, 97.06, or 97.07 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (C)   Any person who violates any section of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If the offender has previously been convicted of such section, then violation of such section shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
