There shall be a Municipal Administrator who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of a majority of the members of Council. The Municipal Administrator shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. He or she shall be the principal managerial aide to the Mayor and shall perform the duties assigned to him or her by the Mayor.
