§ 5.01 POSITION CREATED.
   There shall be a municipal administrator who shall be appointed by the mayor with the approval of a majority of the members of council. The municipal administrator shall serve at the pleasure of the mayor. He shall be the principal managerial aide to the mayor and shall perform such duties as may be assigned to him by the mayor.
