§ 75.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   In addition to the penalty provided for in § 70.99 of this traffic code, the court may prohibit such person from riding a bicycle or motorized bicycle for a period of not to exceed six months.

   (B)   Except as otherwise provided in this section, whoever violates any provision of §§ 75.25 through 75.35 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $35.
   (C)   (Reserved).
   (D)   Whoever violates § 75.13(B) shall be fined not more than $50 for a first offense; for each subsequent offense within one year of a first offense the person shall be fined not less than $15 nor more than $100 or imprisoned not more than three days, or both.
   (E)   Whoever violates § 75.37 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 or imprisoned not less than three nor more than 30 days, or both.
   (F)   Whoever violates § 75.38 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500.
