§ 75.11 IMPOUNDING.
   If the operator of any bicycle should violate any of the provisions of §§ 75.02 and 75.04 through 75.12, such bicycle may be seized immediately and impounded by the Police Department. Any impounded bicycle may be held by the Police Department for a period, not exceeding 60 days, to be determined by the Chief of Police.
