§ 30.113 BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS.
   The Board of Zoning Appeals shall consist of seven members, one of whom shall be a member of the Planning Commission designated by it annually, the other six of whom shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to confirmation by a majority of the members of Council for overlapping terms of four years. At least two of the six persons serving by appointment of the Mayor must reside on the east side of Main Street in the city, and at least two persons serving by appointment of the Mayor must reside on the west side of Main Street in the city. The Board shall have those powers and duties set forth in the charter and the zoning code.
