§ 54.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   (1)   A person who violates any provision of §§ 54.01 through 54.13 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $500, and each day that any person violates a provision of §§ 54.01 through 54.13 constitutes a separate offense punishable as such.

      (2)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 54.01 through 54.13 shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the city by reason of such violation.

   (C)   Any person violating § 54.11 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $500.

   (D)   A person who violates any provision of §§ 54.25 through 54.30 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $500, and each day that any person violates a provision of §§ 54.25 through 54.30 constitutes a separate offense punishable as such.
