§ 54.30 SUBSEQUENT EXTENSIONS AND CONNECTIONS.
   (A)   Any person who requires a subsequent extension of a sewer main line constructed pursuant to this chapter, or who requires service from a main line constructed pursuant to this chapter, shall repay the proportionate cost of construction to the person who originally incurred and paid said cost. Said proportionate cost and method of payment shall be equitably determined by the city.
   (B)   No extension or service connection may be made pursuant to this section until the person requiring the extension or connection agrees in writing to so repay and furnishes a copy of the written agreement to the city. The requirements of this section may also be satisfied by furnishing to the city a copy of a written waiver, of the right to repayment established by this section, signed by the person entitled to repayment.
   (C)   The repayment required by this section may be made in equal annual installments, and shall be made in full in not more than two years. Payment shall be made to the city for direct reimbursement to the person who originally incurred and paid said cost.
