(A) All provisions of this subchapter regarding water service also apply to sewer service, unless contravened by this subchapter, in which case, the provisions of §§ 50.135 through 50.162, 50.175 through 50.182, 50.195 through 50.208, 50.220 through 50.225, 50.240 through 50.243 and 50.255 through 50.259 control.
(B) However, the town will not accept any new accounts for private water system discharge into its sanitary sewer system unless specifically authorized by the Town Council.
