A. Prohibition: It shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle to drive upon or use any private driveway, private property or parking lot as a throughway to bypass an intersection controlled by a stop sign or traffic control signal.
B. Prima Facie Evidence Of Violation: It shall be prima facie evidence of bypassing an intersection in violation of subsection A of this section for an operator of a motor vehicle to enter private property from a highway and immediately thereafter exit private property without coming to a complete stop before re-entering a highway.
