6-8-4: DRIVING OR PARKING ON SIDEWALKS OR PARKWAYS:
No vehicle shall drive or park upon any "sidewalk" or "parkway", as defined by section 7-3B-1 of this Code; provided, that vehicles may cross sidewalks or parkways at authorized curb cuts and at alleys. (1952 Code § 10-10-12)
