5-1-15: USE OF ANIMAL TRAPS:
The Humane Officers are hereby authorized to place humane animal traps on public property or private property upon request and permission of the owner. Such traps shall be checked daily by the Humane Officer. No person shall disturb or injure such trap or animal confined therein. (Ord. 20-21, 5-11-2021)
