9-13-62: IGCC GREEN CONSTRUCTION CODE AMENDMENT, SECTION 1001.3.1.2.3 (10.3.1.2.3), CX ACTIVITIES PRIOR TO BUILDING OCCUPANCY, ITEM B:

Amend item B of section 1001.3.1.2.3, Cx Activities Prior to Building Occupancy, as follows:

   b.   The owner shall be provided with a preliminary Cx report per compliance with Section 1001.3.1.3 (10.3.1.3). Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy or Certificate of Completion, a copy of the preliminary Cx report shall be submitted to and accepted by the code official.
