1001.1.1 Functional and Performance Testing Provider and Commissioning Provider. The registered design professional in responsible charge, engineers independent from the design of the project, an approved commissioning provider, qualified designers experienced with a designated system, owner's qualified employees, or any combination thereof, shall perform functional and performance testing activities, as required by this Chapter.
The registered design professional in responsible charge, engineers independent from the design of the project, an approved commissioning provider, or any combination thereof, shall perform building commissioning and testing activities, as required by this Chapter.
