9-13-6: IGCC GREEN CONSTRUCTION CODE AMENDMENT, ADD SECTION 101.3.1 (2.2), APPLICABILITY:

   101.3.1 (2.2) Applicability. The provisions of this code do not apply to the following:

      1.   Single-family dwellings.

      2.   Multiple-family dwellings of three stories or fewer above grade.

      3.   Manufactured houses (mobile homes).

      4.   Manufactured houses (modular).

      5.   Building projects that use none of the following:

         1.   Electricity.

         2.   Fossil Fuels.

         3.   Water.
