§ 118.078 EXEMPTION.

   (A)   If the applicant for a roofer’s license has been granted by the city a general contractor’s license as required by §§ 118.015 to 118.018 of this chapter, it shall not be necessary for such applicant to secure a roofer’s license.

   (B)   The securing of such roofer’s license shall in no way affect the provisions of the Building Code, with reference to the necessity of securing a permit for the erection, enlargement, alteration or repair of any building in the city, nor in any way affect the payment of the fees required by the Building Code for such permit.
