Any person desiring to establish, maintain or operate a retail food store, as defined in § 115.105 of this chapter, shall make application to the City Clerk for a license to do so. The application shall contain the name and residence of the applicant, the place at which it is intended or desired to carry on or conduct the retail food store, a brief description of the commodities desired to be sold, and any further information which may be required by the City Clerk in keeping with the provisions of this subchapter.
