§ 115.105 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   RETAIL FOOD STORE. Any store, stand, booth, pavilion or other place of business wherein there is sold or offered for sale at retail any article of food, confection, condiment or drink used or intended for human consumption; provided that, hotels, bakeries, food dispensers, peddlers and milk dealers, who are especially licensed and defined by other city ordinances, shall not be considered retail food stores for the purposes of this subchapter.
   SALE AT RETAIL. Any transfer of the ownership of or title to tangible personal property to the purchaser for use or consumption, and not for resale in any form as tangible personal property for a valuable consideration.
