Any person desiring to use or permit the use of any vehicle for the purposes set forth in § 115.001 of this chapter shall make application to the City Clerk for a license. The application shall set forth the name and address of the owner of the vehicle or vehicles for which the license or licenses are sought, the name or names of the persons from whom the deliveries are made, and the nature of the goods carried. The City Clerk shall issue the licenses and shall give to the Health Commissioner a list of all licenses issued. The annual license fee for each of the vehicles shall be $30 per year. All licenses shall expire April 30 next after the issuance. The fee for any license issued for a period of less than one year shall be reduced pro rata.
