§ 115.001 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall use or permit the use of any vehicle, including wagons and motor vehicles and vehicles propelled by human power, for the storage or carrying of any meat, poultry, fish, lard, vegetables, bread or bakery products, or any other provisions intended for human consumption, excluding milk, butter and cheese, in the city for the purpose of delivering any such foodstuffs to any place in the city for the use and consumption or for resale in the city, unless a license for the vehicle is secured and the provisions of this subchapter are fully complied with.
