The license required under the terms of §§ 114.065 to 114.069, inclusive, may be issued on a yearly basis in which event the fee shall be $50 or it may be issued for a period of one day, in which event the license fee shall be $4. All licenses issued on a yearly basis shall expire on April 30 next after the issuance thereof. The fee for any license issued on a yearly basis, but for a period less than one year shall be reduced pro rata.
