In order to provide adequate and prompt fire, police, medical and other emergency services to the residents and businesses of the City of Blue Ash, emergency personnel must be able to readily identify residences, commercial and industrial structures by their respective assigned street numbers and associated street signs at all times during the day and night. All residential, commercial or industrial property located within the City shall conspicuously display the appropriate assigned street address in accordance with Sections 1713.01 through 1713.08.
