1713.08 TAMPERING WITH ADDRESS NUMBERS AND STREET SIGNS.

No person shall take down, alter or deface any address number posted or street sign erected in compliance with this chapter. Changing of addresses and/or street identifiers shall not be done without the expressed approval of the City.
