The fee for a license issued pursuant to this Division B shall be as set forth in City Code Appendix A. In addition to the basic license fee, newspaper boxes may be subject to an impoundment fee pursuant to the terms of §§ 14.149 and 14.156 of this Division B, an inspection fee pursuant to the terms of §§ 14.150 and 14.156 of this Division B and a relocation fee pursuant to the terms of § 14.150 of this Division B.
