(a) Each organization licensed to conduct lawful gambling in the city shall complete the city’s investigation form, submit copies of all state gambling application forms and submit any additional information required by the city. Each organization licensed shall be required to submit an investigation fee for the initial premises permit application. The investigation fee shall be as set forth in City Code Appendix A.
(b) Every gambling event in the city conducted by an organization under state license shall be open to inspection by the city’s Police Department and Licensing Division.
