A violation of this Division H shall be a misdemeanor under state law. Civil penalties may also issue pursuant to § 12.15 of the City Charter and § 1.19 of this city code. However, nothing in this Division H shall be construed to limit the city’s other available legal remedies for any violation of the law, including without limitation, criminal, civil and injunctive actions. In addition, the Chief of Police is authorized to confiscate, forfeit and dispose of any
possessed, used, handled or worn in violation of this Division H or state law and may provide for its sale, destruction or other disposition.
