§ 11.26 CONNECTION PERMITS AND DEADLINES.
   (a)   Permit. A permit shall be obtained to connect to the sewer at existing wyes, risers or service lines. The fee for such permit shall be listed in City Code Appendix A - Permit Fees for Sewer Connections table. No permit shall be issued except to a licensed installer. Additional charge for labor may apply.
   (b)   Additional charges. Additional charges shall be made and collected for tapping and making connections with the sewer main where a building connection is not installed. The amount to be charged shall be fixed by the Utility Division based upon the cost of installing the service.
   (c)   Deadline for connection to city system. All properties producing domestic or industrial wastes shall connect to the municipal sewer system within two years after such service becomes available.
