BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA CODE OF ORDINANCES

§ 10.48 SEVERABILITY.

In the event that any section of this Article VII is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity shall extend only to the section affected and other sections of this Article VII shall continue in full force and effect.
