shall report to the city’s Department of Public Works, within 30 days after the end of each calendar year, all weight receipts received from the county for

collected from non-eligible RDUs in the city.
(c) Every licensed hauler of

shall report to the city’s Department of Public Works, on a quarterly basis, all weight receipts from the sale of
collected from commercial, industrial and institutional property in the city.
