A. Unless otherwise posted, the open space shall be open daily from one hour prior to sunrise until one hour after sunset. Except for employees of the village acting in the performance of their duties, no person shall be or remain in the open space at any other time, unless a written permit allowing occupancy for extended hours is obtained in advance from the village administrator. There is no camping or setting up of tents allowed on the open space. Automobiles and other conveyances may not be parked, abandoned, or otherwise remain on the open space parking lots during closed hours, except as follows:
1. During attendance at a function conducted or sponsored by the village.
2. During attendance at a function which has been issued a group use permit pursuant to section 8-3-2 of this chapter.
3. By a village employee acting in the performance of such employee's duties.
4. In areas as otherwise posted.
B. Vehicles in violation of this section shall be subject to being towed away at the owner's expense. (Ord. 2008-36, 8-11-2008)
