It shall be unlawful for any person operating places of amusement or entertainment to permit any minors to enter or remain in the place of amusement or entertainment during the hours prohibited by § 130.01 of this chapter; however, the provisions of this section shall not apply when the minor is accompanied by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having the care or custody of the minor.
