(A) Any violation of this chapter shall constitute an infraction and shall be punishable by a warning for the first offense, a fine of $20 for the second offense and a fine of $30 for the third offense. A fourth and any subsequent violation shall constitute a Class III misdemeanor, a violation of § 130.02 of this chapter, and the parent or guardian of said minor shall be held liable.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 130.02 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not exceeding $500 for each offense and shall be assessed court costs of prosecution.
