§ 130.01  CURFEW HOURS.
   (A)   Minors age 14 and below. Subject to a reasonable defense, it shall be unlawful for a minor 14 years of age or younger to loiter, wander, stroll or play in or upon any of the streets, roads, alleys or parks of the municipality, or other places of public amusement or recreation therein after the hour of 10:00 p.m. and until the hour of 6:00 a.m. of the following day on Sunday through Thursday, and after the hour of 11:00 p.m. and until the hour of 6:00 a.m. of the following day on Friday and Saturday.
   (B)   Minors age 15 and above. Subject to a reasonable defense, it shall be unlawful for a minor 15 years of age or above to loiter, wander, stroll or play in or upon any of the streets, roads, alleys or parks of the municipality, or other places of public amusement or recreation therein after the hour of 12:00 midnight and until the hour of 6:00 a.m. of the following day Sunday through Saturday.
