(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 50.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of § 53.17 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $500 for each offense. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of such failure to comply.
