(A) (1) Upon notice from the Mayor, the use of water for all uses, except domestic uses shall cease during a fire alarm or during a fire.
(2) Water use may resume upon notice by the Mayor.
(B) In the case of shortage, imminent shortage or possible contamination of the public water supply, the use of water may be restricted according to a restriction plan adopted by resolution of the City Council.
