§ 95.05  PERMIT; DENIAL; APPEAL PROCEDURE.
   Any person aggrieved shall have the right to file a written appeal of the denial of a permit to the Board of Trustees not later than seven days after notice of denial. The reason for the denial shall be provided in writing.
